Hey peoples!
Well, "Things That I Have Seen" (our 12th single) has been unleashed on the world. We hope you've had a chance to check it out - as well as the video.
This whole Ditch The MuuMuu journey started back in June 2020 when we released "Strange Things" on Bandcamp. For a long time we were operating pretty much in the dark - with no idea of who, if anyone, was listening to our periodic releases. Launching the website in January 2022 (as well as our Facebook page) has clearly given us a boost.
It warms our hearts to see that we have reached folks in multiple states in the USA and - indeed - a number of countries around the world.
In the last 30 days, we've had website visitors from Massachusetts, Ohio, Virginia, California, Oregon, New York, New Hampshire and Pennsylvania. People have found us in Canada and in Ireland, and around England and Scotland. But here's what is really blowing our minds - The Netherlands and Hungary! It's cool to have fans anywhere but - Amsterdam and Budapest? Amazing.
Bandcamp has helped us reach some improbable places as well. While it did make it relatively easy for people to find MuuMuu music, directing visitors away from our site to that platform to preview songs - in hindsight - was not the best strategy.
We've now set up ditchthemuumuu.com to be able to showcase our newest singles, display our videos, and establish more of a direct connection with you. If you want to buy individual downloads, you can do that too!

P.S. We'll happily continue to use Bandcamp to market our songs, and we're enormously grateful for the opportunities that it affords all musicians to reach people around the world. Perhaps we'll be "discovered" there. Strange(er) things have happened. :)
