As we roll into the month of November, Tim and I are eager for our impending face to face meet-up! The last time we saw one another in person was back in July, 2019 when my wife and I did a combined London/Cornwall vacation. A lot has happened since then (yes, a bit of an under statement...) including the birth of two grand children and one Ditch The MuuMuu.
Without the pandemic, the band would never have happened. Now it is time to rendez-vous, relax, hoist a beverage or two, and make some plans for the future. Rest assured that we'll snap some photos to add to the web site chronicling the zany antics that shall unfold at our Caribbean hide away.
In the meantime, here's what is happening. Early reaction to "Worth Its Wait" has been positive as we continue to nurture its way in the world; it has been gratifying to raise money for Cancer research in the process.
As previously announced, our new single "The Bear And The Nightingale" has been posted on Bandcamp (www.ditchthemuumuu.bandcamp.com). Please check it out!
We've nearly completed a new song called "Blown Away". My guess is that it'll be released in the spring but... who knows? The video for this one is already done - a rare case where the visuals were easier to create than the song itself.
A 3rd single, "Stuff", is a jaunty little number that we may release in December.
